Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (€12.95)
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Our unisex eco-responsible collection is designed with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our simple and transparent return policy is here for you.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of your package
  • Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase: Invoice or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

In line with our commitment to responsible fashion, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (marked « Promos » in our menu)
  • Customized or modified items at customer’s request
  • Hygiene products or intimate accessories

Return Process

  1. Return Authorization Request:
    Email [email protected] with:
    • Subject: Return Request – Order #[order number]
    • Body: Include product reference, size, and reason for return
  2. Authorization: We’ll send a return number and shipping instructions within 48 hours
  3. Shipping: Carefully package the item with the invoice and use the carrier specified
  4. Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item

Refund Options

For approved returns, we offer:

  • Refund: Amount credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Store Credit: A promo code for your next order, issued immediately after return approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return procedure
  2. Specify the desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll send a voucher to order the new item at no extra cost (subject to availability)

International Returns

For customers outside the EU:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Mark the package « RETOUR MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE » to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a tracked service (DHL, FedEx) for security
